Konga Shack
Staying in one of our five beach shacks is the perfect way to enjoy the natural surroundings of the Biosphere Reserve while staying away from the pack. Explore the remote shores of San Ignacio Lagoon by day then let the nightime stargazing fascinate you, until the coyotes signal it's time for bed.
All of our beach shacks provide our guests with spectacular lagoon views and photo defying sunsets. Each beach shack is solar powered and simply furnished. They offer their own outdoor sitting areas. Linens, pillows, Mexican blankets and purified water are provided. Clean showers and composting bathrooms are shared and are located close by. Our desalinated shower water is trucked in from the local village. We promote water conservation efforts as well as the use of biodegradable products.

Meals
Pachico’s Eco Tours serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering a simple menu in a casual family atmosphere. The chefs at Pachico's create tasty dishes utilizing local seafood and produce. Guests enjoy fresh scallops as large as hockey pucks, local sea bass and halibut as the season permits. Our restaurant is located in the camp center where you can spend time looking through our collection of Natural History books and articles or just sit back and enjoy the view. At meals, guests trade stories about whale encounters, desert surprises, and all things Baja. People you've known for years but never managed to meet share dinner tables and stories until the wind and coyotes signal that it's time for bed.
